Q. What time is check in?

A. Check in is between 3pm and 7pm

 

Q. What time is check out?

A. Check out is by 10am

Q. Are you dog friendly?

A. We do love dogs, but unfortunately we can not accommodate them

Q. How old do I have to be to stay?

A. If you are not an adult (over 18 years old) you must be over 16 year olds and be accompanied by an adult

Q. Are children welcome?

A. We have a minimum age limit of 16 years of age for our guests

Q. Do you have a lift to the rooms?

A. We don't have a lift, but we are able to assist with luggage if needed

Q. Is the building wheelchair accessible?

A. Our guesthouse is not wheelchair accessible. Please feel free to contact us regarding accessibility and/or mobility requirements

Q. Can I park out front to unload my car?

A. It is possible to double park out front (the road is wide) to quickly unload/reload your car

Q. Can I smoke in my bedroom?

A. The whole site is smoke free and it is illegal to smoke in the bedrooms

Q. Do you have your own bar?

A. We do not have a alcohol license, but there are lots of bars close-by

Q. Can I pay with cash?

A. We cannot accept cash payments, all payments must be made by card

Q. Can I store my luggage with you before we check in?

A. We are not able to store luggage before check in or after check out

​

Q. Can I turn up without a booking?

A. It is possible to simply turn up on the day, however, it is less risky to book in advance

Q. Can I order a takeaway to my bedroom?

A. We request that guests do not eat meals in their room
