Our Covid-19 protocols

Important information - please read before check-in

We have implemented the following action plan in order to offer our guests the best possible guarantees of safety and hygiene during their stay.

We are aware that these measures may cause you some inconvenience but we have enforced them for the common good of everyone and in order to guarantee you a safe and pleasant stay.

Thank you very much for your full collaboration to ensure that all these measures are carried out, which are undoubtedly essential.

  • Reduced capacity: we have only opened up 5 out of our 9 rooms to minimise contact between guests and maintain our Covid-19 enhanced cleaning procedures

  • Lateral flow testing: we ask all guests to take a lateral flow test 24hrs in advance of check-in and that all staff are tested every 48hrs or sooner if any Covid-19 symptoms are displayed

  • Vaccination status: we ask guests to ensure that they have been double vaccinated and, if possible, had a booster. All staff are double vaccinated, booster jabbed and have had a flu vaccination

  • Stay at home: if you display any of the main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) please do not travel. We have a free cancellation policy in place. The main symptoms are:

    • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

    • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

    • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

  • Check-in: we ask guests to confirm check-in time to minimise congestion in the entrance area. Guests keys are sanitised between reservations

  • Hand sanitiser; we ask all guests to use a hand sanitiser gel every time they enter the building to minimise touch contact spread in the common areas (e.g. stair hand rail) and to reapply each time they exit their room

  • Social distancing: we ask that guests ensure appropriate social distancing in common areas and that guests do not gather or wait in common areas. We also ask that guests who are part of a group booking do not go into each others rooms

  • Rooms blocked: we aim to ensure that guest rooms are not accessed for 24hrs between reservations

  • Staff wear masks: we require all staff to wear masks.

  • Guests wear masks: we ask all guests to wear masks (not provided) in common areas.

  • No room service: please be aware that rooms will not be serviced during your stay to minimise cross-contamination between staff and guests.
